I am double pumping with the Limerick and Avent Isis Duo, alternating between the pumps. I am also taking herbs: More Milk Plus, Goat's Rue, extra Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. I have only been taking the Goat's Rue and using the Avent for the last 2 weeks of this journey. I just ordered Shatavari to add to my daily therapy of herbs. Is there hope for me to induce lacation? We are not sure of a date yet for a baby, but I knew this would take some time. Thanks, Dawn Copy Link to Clipboard

If I understand you correct you did not.. and your not taking domperidone. If this is the case I would recommend adding the domperidone and also 3 capsules of each feenugreek and blessed thistle times a day. Domperidone is fantastic for helping Adoptive mommy to 4 , Last 2 adopted nursed. Youngest nursed till she was 5! Raising 2 grandbabies, as infants they were raised on donor breast milk
