I have been pumping for 5 weeks now, every 2-3 hours for 20-30 minutes at a time...from 6am-midnight. I am double pumping with the Limerick and Avent Isis Duo, alternating between the pumps. I am also taking herbs: More Milk Plus, Goat's Rue, extra Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle.

I have only been taking the Goat's Rue and using the Avent for the last 2 weeks of this journey.

I just ordered Shatavari to add to my daily therapy of herbs.

Is there hope for me to induce lacation?

We are not sure of a date yet for a baby, but I knew this would take some time.

Thanks,
Dawn

Did you do the protocols or are you just doing herbs and pumping?
If I understand you correct you did not.. and your not taking domperidone. If this is the case I would recommend adding the domperidone and also 3 capsules of each feenugreek and blessed thistle times a day. Domperidone is fantastic for helping
