HI to all,
I'm having problems pumping hands free with my PIS.
I cannot get the hands free pumping kit,but tried a way of my own;I wear a snapped style nursing bra and while one breast is being pumped, (with the flange and the flap of the bra snapped shut),I have to hold my other breast just so I at least get the benefit of a hand free double pump session.
I would like to know if anyone has devised a plan not using the hands free pumping kit from Medela.

Thanks.
Rachel

Rachel,
I have heard of other moms taking a sports bra and cutting 2 holes in it for the flanges. But I personally before I had the kit. I took a front hook bra....I cut 2 holes in it. This made it so much easier to us. It worked great. And being larger breasted...it was easier to put on and take off.
