I recently bought a bottle of Fenugreek from the Vitamin Shoppe near my house. The one the man showed me says that im suppose to take 2-3 capsules 2 times a day but that each capsule is equal to 2400mgs of Fenugreek.

Now ive seen several different answers to how much Fenugreek youre suppose to take and im confused. Am I taking too little if I only take one pill a day (1200mgs) or too much if I take two pills a day (2400 mgs total)

Please help

I think the recommended dosage is 3 capsules, 3 times a day. Most of my capsules were around 500-600 mg. With 1200 mg per capsule, I would probably try 2 capsules 3 times a day. You should smell like maple syrup (I smelled it mostly under my arms).
