Hi Ladies,

The protocol and others have said to pump for 20 minutes. I am still expressing milk after 20 mins (slow trickles but definitely still coming out). Would you continue pumping until all the milk stop coming out or would you just stop after 20 mins. I don't want to damage my breast tissue or nipples. Thanks all!

If you have time, keep pumping. Try breast massage to help the milk to come out sooner. You shouldn't do damage to the nipples.
