Hi wonderful women!
First things first: Sorry for the broken English, I'm not fluent in English ...
I want to share with you:
I am a woman tranny. I started hormone therapy only 7 months ago.
In a month I will have a baby at a good ... God willing ...
I have a dream: to breastfeed!
Seven weeks ago I started taking progesterone + domperidone.
A week and ago a half I started to pump 8 times a day, and I
I stopped the progesterone, and I started to take fenugreek and milk thistle.
5 days ago I started out milk. My problem, I am afraid that my breasts were not sufficiently developed to produce enough milk.

I get just a small amount: (. I mean, when I take out my 2 breasts maybe 7 mL and that's it. Indeed, after I empty the breasts, then after half an hour can go out again, but on the other
Even if I'll empty them after three hours I will not get more than if I'll empty them after an hour.
What do you say from experience? Is there a chance that it would get?Is there a Chance I could get enough milk?
Thank you! smile

Hello Hani,

I think you are doing wonderfully! The process for a woman to establish a milk supply when they have not given birth is very different than for women who have just had a baby. Our milk will not "come in" all at once. It takes time and builds slowly. If you are getting 7ml of milk a day after only pumping for 5 days you are doing great. The key to success is consistency. Pump every three hours during the day and once at night. Massage your breast half way through the pumping session and hand express afterwards to be sure you drain your breasts. Your supply will increase faster once the baby comes. Congratulations and keep us updated smile
