Just wondering if a product containing soy lecithin and partially hydrogenated soybean oil would have an adverse affect on your supply? My supply is down a little, and I am trying to decide what the cause is. It may also be due to me not drinking enough water. Also, I just had a plugged duct for more than 24 hours. The lump in my right breast was huge! I finally got it out on Friday night, and I think it helped that I took 2 Lecithin pills, 1 at lunch and 1 at dinner. So I don't know if the plugged duct made my supply go down a little, because it does seem to be that side that supply is a little down on. It usually produces more than my left, and today my left has been producing a little more than my right. Any thoughts? I normally wouldn't be that concerned, but with our baby's due date in less than 2 weeks, I want to be certain that I am at my full production. So I am trying to pinpoint what it could be. I have been eating little Snickers minatures lately, in early celebration of Halloween I can definitely stop eating them, if they are a problem. I haven't run into anything I eat that seems to be a problem for production, and if eating Snickers is my first, I will not cry about it. Just dont' tell me I can't eat ice cream!
