It has been in numberous articles that I have read that it is helpfull...I used that and blessed thistle ,,but found it was so many pills to take in one day. The only side effects I had seen mentioned for fenugreek was lowering of blood sugar. It can also make you gassy, and your sweat will smell like maple syrup. Other than that, maybe someone can chime in here with any research that has shown a contraindication when lactating...Cathy NG protocol 7 months.pumped 5/15-9/15 started pumping again 1/26/04 Ana born 6/03.home 3/30/04 trying to nurse!
