So, spotting and nausea is normal. I did the excellerated protocol with Rebekah and I did feel slightly crampy and tummy upset in the beginning. Eating a little higher protein won't hurt and helped me with my morning sickness with my last bio baby. A string cheese or nuts, maybe a protein shake will help.
