Hi,
It has been 2 weeks on domperidone,,first week 40 mg , next week 80 mg..I am trying to pump often, but some days can only pump 3x if I am lucky..I got a Whittlestone rental..and am using that for stimulation and then my Avent Isis for trying to get the milk out. I can't find my Soothies..so I am just running warm water over the phlanges of the Isis to warm them up before I pump,, I am getting "drips" from the left and still just drops from the right..which has always been my stubborn side.
On my days off I will try to pump more, but I guess with just pumping 3x a day, after 2 weeks getting drips on the left is good?? I am renting the WS for the month of Feb, then I am trying to move to Guatemala in March, so I will probably just take the Isis with me...thanks all, Cathy

NG protocol 7 months.pumped 5/15-9/15 started pumping again 1/26/04 Ana born 6/03.home 3/30/04 trying to nurse!

Hi Cathy,

I talked over your case with Dr. Newman. We feel that in your case you may want to increase your domperidone to 120 mg per 24 hours and see if than can get you past the 2 oz in 24 hours mark. Try it and let us know how you do.

Fondly,
