Hi
That's a good recipe. I think I will try that with the Brewer's Yeast instead of cooking and eating like cereal. I have a hard time chewing on the oats. Tastes bleh. Pitouey. Consequently, I have not maintained my ingestion of oats. I'll try the drink idea. I can plug my nose and get it down quickly. LOL!!!

Thanks for that find. It's a good one.

Hey Lovey Dovey!

Glad you like to oatmeal drink recipe. Did you try it with some fruit ... a banana makes it taste great.

Has anyone else tasted this yet? It's worth getting out the blender for, I promise! <img src="http://www.asklenore.com/ubbthreads/images/icons/wink.gif" alt="" />

Aloha,
Christina
