Hi
I couldn't maintain taking the oatmeal milkshake daily or every other day. It's because I can't drink that much milk that goes with it.

But I found an oatmeal that I can chew and it actually tastes good! It is Country Choice Certified Organic Steel Cut Oatmeal - Old World Taste. It does take 30 minutes to cook but the consistency is so much better than the other. I've been able to eat my bowl of this stuff every other day.

It's distributed by Country Choice Naturals in Eden Prairie Minnesota.

I'll send you some if you can't find it. : )

I love steel cut oats. If you have a health food store where they sell bulk you can find it there. Make sure you get directions for cooking it.

Sounds like great stuff!!! Just a reminder...you don't need to do the oatmeal thing until you start pumping. That's when it really makes a difference.

Fondly,

What store do you find your oats in? I'm only about 5 hours away from you ... so maybe I'll have the same store down yonder. Sounds yummy. I've been doing Cherios lately and ready for a change.
