Yo,

I am no expert !! Nona is the experience one. I ask everything on this forum so other ladies can help.

I do try shaking my breasts during before and after pumping. I get a steady drip , right now because of my busy schedule I just want to get 4 -6 pumping sessions in. I do pump for
10 - 15 minutes.

Nona, sometimes I get a popping sound from the PIS if I hold my breast a certain way while pumping . what in the world is am I doing to cause that?

Oh, I am waiting for my Blessed Thistle hopefully that will increase my milk.

Yasta
