I have a question, I was going to use a breast pump from a friend of mine but I have heard since that you should not share pumps between people. That there is a concern with contamination of the milk. Does anyone have any insight for me?? Thanks

If you sterilize the breast parts and tubing it shouldn't be an issue. Most nasties are killed by boiling in water for 10 minutes. Or you can purchase your own breast parts and tubing from the manufacturer. Most lactation consultants can help you get these parts. It's sold as a kit. If you tell me which pump, I can direct you to the appropriate website.

Warmest regards,
