I have 5 boxes of Motilium (domperidone), for a total of 500 tablets. These are manufactured by Janssen-Cilag and are sealed in blister package, expiration of 03/2008. I prefer to sell together, but will consider separating. Please email me at meiram@cavtel.net with an offer (I had bought them as my second set of 600 - so paid $70 + $10 shipping for the 600; will consider a reasonable offer). Please put domperidone as the subject. Thank you! Meira

Hi, I e-mailed you offer to buy your dom but you didnt reply, my e-mail was not strange but you do make it difficult to reach you with that spam blocker, I believe Meira can vouch for me. ~Brooke

by the way, I am a biological breastfeeding mom with hypoplastic breasts and I believe the Domperidone helps my let-down reflex more than my supply though all I know is I still have to supplement, it's a rare thing that not many people know about unless they are in the lactation field because most dont care, their like hey you cant make enough milk huh, well just give formula. This is why I tried to contact you about the dom.

Hi Ladies,
Please help this mom if you can. She has a bonified medical condition that can be helped with domperidone.
Warmest regards,
Lenore Goldfarb, Ph.D.,CCC,IBCLC Wife to Rob, Mom to Adam aged 13, and Ethan aged 9, both born via GS and breastfed via Regular Newman-Goldfarb Protocol.

Thank You Lenore! Domperidone does seem to help me make a few more ounces and let-down faster but I'm still between 30-40 ml's weigh before and after feed in my IBCLC's office with 2 hours between the start of the last feed and the start of the next, with my first baby my maximum production was 12.5 oz pumpinng every 1-2 hours round the clock. I think things are going a little bit better this time but my breasts didnt grow during pregnancy again, though I'm about a cup size bigger than while I was pregnant and have been since 3-4 days after she was born when I actualy experienced some breast swelling for the first time (didnt happen last time). I told my IBCLC (Patty Fielding Missouri-USA) about coming to this site and she said she has heard of it too, you are quite popular for what you are trying to do for these ladies. I have a question that you may be able to help with, I asked my LC about Goats rue because on the Mither Love website they offer two tinctures with goats rue in it and claim it helps women with pcos and adoptive moms grow breast tissue, she hasnt found out much about it yet but she is asking around. If it realy does help Moms with pcos maybe it could help me because supposedly a large percentage of them have insufficient mammary tissue like me. So do you know if this claim is true or thought to be among experts? I consider Motherlove a trustworthy company but I have heard of bad side effects from the Herb though I dont want to go through life thinking I didnt try "everything" known to increase milk suppy. Thanks, Brooke

hi Brooke,
Thank you for your sweet comments about this website. It truly is a labor of love.
I can't say yay or nay about goat's rue but many mothers have used it. You can try it and see. But as with anything, you'll want to talk it over with your doctor first.
Warmest regards,
Lenore Goldfarb, Ph.D.,CCC,IBCLC Wife to Rob, Mom to Adam aged 13, and Ethan aged 9, both born via GS and breastfed via Regular Newman-Goldfarb Protocol.
