The donor gets her own pump.. but the mommy pays for shipping and your bags. You can purchase a used pump in style on ebay pretty cheap and they are in good shape. Then sell it back when your done. Just an idea Adoptive mommy to 4 , Last 2 adopted nursed. Youngest nursed till she was 5! Raising 2 grandbabies, as infants they were raised on donor breast milk
