I`m taking 10mg of Dom 4xday and pumping every two -three hours. I will increase the Dom to 20mg 4xday on Friday. I have been getting some fliud out off both breasts but my right is spraying now. Which is good is guess. My question is when should I start with the fenugreek and blessed thistle? We don`t know when we will be matched etc but if I do get a lot of milk I will donate some of it and freeze some also. Any advise would ber grateful. Thanks Penny Copy Link to Clipboard

I started only at the birth of my DD so I am not sure about doing the dom before. I did eventually add dom but that was after I had nursed my DD for a few months without it. I saw a marked improvement in my supply and eventually opted to do the accelerated protocol and pump as well which worked out really good for me. So if you want a good supply quickly. Then go ahead and add them. Adoptive mommy to 4 , Last 2 adopted nursed. Youngest nursed till she was 5! Raising 2 grandbabies, as infants they were raised on donor breast milk
