My PIS is making a wierd noise and the pump doesn't seem to be pumping like it should. I still full after I pump. I'm only getting 2-3 oz all together when I have been getting 4-5 oz. Do you think my pump is going out? Is there something I can do to getting to pump right? Do I need to call Medela? Or is there something I need to do to get the milk to come out (like hot cold compress and how do I do this?)?

Thank you for your help

Hi TDZ,

It sounds to me like you may have a hole in the tubing. Please contact Medela ASAP and arrange to bring your pump and all your accessories in to be evaluated.

Best,
