Hello! I've been reading here for a bit. I'm in the first stages of adoption, and I'm determined to give breastfeeding a shot. Does anyone know if it's worth buying the medela in style advanced or better to just rent the symphony? I think I'm going to try to get the girls in shape for 4 months before the baby comes, and then breast feed for at least 6 months after that...totaling 10 months of rentals. That's like $500 in rental fees! Ok, so second issue, as most of you have probably already experienced, planning the arrival of the baby is sometimes impossible. How long can I freeze breast milk???

Who knows if this will work, but due to cancer I had a hysterectomy, and I REALLY want to breast feed; for me and for the baby.

You are better off to buy a pump. I would suggest the Limerick.

The best 2 pumps are the limerick and the pump in style advanced.
