They mention it will take somerwhere between 10-21 days, but I really need it sooner that this. Your best bet is to order it now and maybe get a small bit at a compounding to get started. I don't know about the company you mentioned. Someone else here might. Nona extra helpful experienced member Joined: Sep 2002 Posts: 1,176	I have always got mine from inhousepharmacy as well. They are a good company Adoptive mommy to 4 , Last 2 adopted nursed. Youngest nursed till she was 5! Raising 2 grandbabies, as infants they were raised on donor breast milk
