I just noticed that on asklenore.com, the dom dosage is 20mg 4 times a day; while on Dr newman's website, it states 30mg 3 times a day.

Why the difference? Which should I follow? Confused!

You can chose either one, under your doctor's supervision, which ever is more convenient.

Thanks, Lenore! Just to be sure, when I get my dom, I can start the protocol no matter where I am in my cycle, correct?

Yes you can... remember you are not taking the BCP for birth control. If you need birth control you might use another form of protection for that.


Adoptive mommy to 4 , Last 2 adopted nursed. Youngest nursed till she was 5! Raising 2 grandbabies, as infants they were raised on donor breast milk smile
