I had an appointment yesterday and got scripts for a prenatal vitamin, Dom and bcp - necon, which is Ortho 1/35's generic. I read on one of the older posts that some people are taking progesterone on the regular protocol. Is this necessary???

I'm hoping that I don't have to call my MD and ask for another prescription, she was so great, I'm sure she'll get it to me, but I hate to bug her!!!

Thanks!!!

1year on regular protocol.

if you have sufficient changes in your breasts.. tenderness firming tingling your fine. Its for women like me that do not respond well to just the BCPs

Dear bbyfaith,

If you are taking Necon 1/35, it contains norethindrone which is progesterone so you're all set.

Best, Lenore
