I am not sure I am using the message board correctly. We are using a GS and have twins due the first of Nov. We are currently 12 wks (YEA!!!!!). I wrote a msg a couple of days ago explaining that I had bf about ten years ago and have continued to always feel like I still have that feeling of milk coming in. I did go to the Dr five years after to check that out as I was concerned with milk still coming and no stimulation and the Dr. said it was ok, it was not cancer or anything so don't worry. I didn't worry and now I want to bf again with our twins. So I decided to just pump for a couple of days to see what would happen and I did get a creamy substance in one breast only. Does anybody have any in-put to this.Should I go ahead and start Yasmin and the Domperidone? I did order the Yasmin and am going to order the Domperidone. But I want to see what everybody thinks. Please reply.

Women who just pump usually do not get a good result. And those that do have to pump for months. I personally would go on the protocol.

Adoptive mommy to 4 , Last 2 adopted nursed. Youngest nursed till she was 5! Raising 2 grandbabies, as infants they were raised on donor breast milk smile

Hello,
How are you? I agree with Nona, you should go on the protocol to get the best results, esp. since you will need milk for two babies. If you start now you would have 5 months on the protocol and one month of pumping before the babies arrive---or since multiple births are more likely to be born a little early, you could be on the safe side and go on the Yasmin for 4 months then start pumping, in case they are born early.
I woud start as soon as you can,,,it is a good sign that you can still feel let downs and that you could pump a little milk already. Good luck, keep us posted on your progress! Take care, Cathy
