I have 5 days left on the accelerated protocol, and was wondering how to tell when to use the supplementer and when not to when I drop the bc. Is my clue from the in-between nursing, pumping sessions? How do I know if baby is getting enough from me? Do I use the supplementer every time or after nursing every time? Also, when I drop the bc, what is the minimum numer of nursing sessions I should have with baby, and how often do I need to pump? I can't wait to make milk!

try nursing him without the suplimenter. If hes satisfied nursing then your doing okay. If hes not satisfied then add the suplimenter after you have nursed him off of both breasts for 10 minutes each. If he will without fussing

Adoptive mommy to 4 , Last 2 adopted nursed. Youngest nursed till she was 5! Raising 2 grandbabies, as infants they were raised on donor breast milk smile
