I have been on yasmin and domperidone since halloween. I have had some spotting most of the time and the last week has been lots of cramping and heavier bleeding. Not like a regular period. It is frequent enough to change my pad a couple times a day but not enough for a tampon. Is this normal?
Also we are adopting twins due April 7th. The birth mother is very tiny and has been in and out of the hospital with spotting and some contractions. Dr's think the babies will be pretty early but hoping to make it to until at least 35 weeks. When should I start pumping? I was thinking maybe February??? I'd love to be able to take some to the NICU at birth if they are indeed born premature.
Any advice on either or both of these are greatly appreciated!!
