I take ages to let down, and then it is not all that much. Crackers help somewhat, but I am wondering if an oxytocin spray much be more effective. Before I go ahead and buy it I am wondering if anyone else has tried it?

I haven't heard of anyone using the spray.

I used it a few years back. It did not make any difference.

Do you mind if I ask whether you were having difficulty with let down at the time you took it?
