Hi there. I just started pumping today, and am happy that I have had enough milk to save each time (not a lot, but more than I expected!). But....the milk is decidedly not what I read that it would be - I read that it would start clear and turn opaque white. It is thick and yellow - it looks like colostrum. Is this a problem/issue?

The yellow milk is very normal. It isn't actually colustrum, but it starts thicker and yellowish and will slowly change to more thin and white.
