I have a gestational carrier who is 19 weeks along right now. (Yay!) I've been following the Newman-Goldfarb protocol for about 11 days. I'm wondering whether I will need to continue the domperidone after my baby arrives. Any comments from women out there who have gone this route would be very helpful. Thanks!

it depends how well you respond...Dom keeps your supply up but if you are producing enough you may not need it.

I was on domperidone the whole time I was bf. I e-mailed Dr. Jack Newman about it and he said my adoptive moms do need to continue taking the domperidone at least for the first year. You may be able to reduce after supply is well established.
