OP julia newbie J Joined: Mar 2006 Posts: 7 washington state	Not sure what I should do - if anything??? I've been taking Yasmin and the domperidone for alittle over 5 weeks now (intenting to adoptin in late summer) yesterday my breasts were very sore and so I tried to manually express and was very surprised to see milk already!!! Should this be happening while on the yasmin? should I express?/pump? Two years ago I induced - and got milk but I was on the protocol a good 4-6 months then stopped the yasmin and started the b.thistle and fenugreek - I did get milk the first day....so I am not sure what I should do, what is normal or ok? Please - any feedback would be appreciated! Best Wishes, Julia

No pumping or anything until you stop the yasmin and add the herbs. Do you have a plan as to when you are stopping the Yasmin? It is not surprising that your body is responding so well this time around.It often is that way when you have been through something before. So I wont pump or anything - I was just totatally surprised to see 'results' so soon - actually I looked on the calendar and I have only been on the protocol 4 weeks! We are planning our next adoption for this summer/fall. We have a great agency we go through - when I hear from them that we have been picked I plan to stop and start pumping. Thanks again!
