Fancy stuff for my initials which are "RNC." Anyway, it is okay for you to take 1 Valium to your destination and one Valium from your destination. ONLY if you are not breastfeeding your infant right now. If you still do not have your child right now and are pumping with results, discard what you express for 24 hours for each one you take.
